This file records that the audit was run and what it concluded, so that the registry's count is honest; it does not reproduce the argument. Filed retroactively 2026-09-13 from the harvest (notes/DIGEST-genesis-chat.md), in which the verdict is quoted from the transcript.

Procedure. Same as every audit here: take one word that is being relied on in more than one place, enumerate every use, state what each use requires of the word, and see whether one definition licenses all of them. The verdict is the count of definitions it took.
